Our MOQ is 1 piece. Bulk discount applies when you buy 6pcs /12pcs of the same item.

3. Where are the goods shipped from?
All items ship from Yiwu International Trade City, China.
4. How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and credit card.
5. When will my order ship?
Ship out within 2–5 business days after payment. We source from Yiwu warehouse.
6. How long will delivery take after shipment?
Usually 7–15 business days for US orders; longer for India, Africa and other regions. Delay due to customs clearance may happen occasionally, not for every package.
7. What shipping carrier do you use?
We use reliable international shipping lines. Carrier will be notified together with tracking number after shipment.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to the US and worldwide. Free shipping for orders over $50.
9. Can I change or cancel my order before shipment?
You may cancel or adjust your order before it ships. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.
10. Can you help me source items from Yiwu International Trade City?
Yes, we offer Yiwu sourcing service for you. Deposit is required in advance. Sourcing orders are final sale and non-refundable. We inspect all goods and send product photos to you before shipping.
Product & Material
1. What material is the jewelry?
We have 3 material lines: S925 sterling silver with moissanite, 18K gold plated copper, and titanium steel chain. All S925 silver pieces come with S925 stamp. No zircon for our silver collection.
2. Are the pieces nickel-free?
Yes, nickel-free and lead-free. Safe for sensitive skin.
3. Will the jewelry tarnish or turn dark?
S925 sterling silver tarnishes naturally over time when exposed to air, sweat, perfume and moisture; this is normal for real silver and not a defect.
18K gold plated copper may tarnish after 3–6 months of daily wear.
Titanium steel can also start to fade or tarnish after 3–6 months of daily wear.
4. Can blackened silver be cleaned back to bright shine?
Yes. Tarnish can be fully removed with a silver polishing cloth, and the silver will regain its shine after cleaning.
But the silver will oxidize and turn dark again once exposed to air, sweat or cosmetics. Re-tarnishing after cleaning is a natural chemical reaction, not a product defect.
5. Are the stones real moissanite?
Yes, the stones marked moissanite are genuine moissanite.
6. Does each item come with a certificate?
Certificate is not included in parcel. Material description is listed on product page.
7. Can I mix different styles for bulk order?
Yes, mixed styles are acceptable, but tier discount only counts for same style.
8. How to slow down tarnishing?
Store jewelry in airtight bags, keep away from sweat, perfume and seawater, and wipe with polishing cloth regularly.

1. Can I get size details of each necklace?
Every product page lists chain length and pendant size. Please check the specs chart on each listing.
Return & Policy
1. Can I return items?
Contact us within 7 days after delivery for defective items. Custom and Yiwu sourcing orders are non-refundable.
2. What if the item arrives broken?
We inspect every item carefully before shipment. We will send you photos of the intact goods before packing.
Please send clear photos within 48 hours of receiving if the item arrives broken. We will reship or refund defective ones.
Other
1. Can I track my package?
Tracking number will be sent once shipped, you can track online.
2. Can I use your photos for my own shop?
Yes, if you are our reseller. Please do not reupload to stock photo platforms.
3. Do you support custom jewelry?
Not available at this moment.
4. Do you provide jewelry gift boxes?
Gift boxes are NOT included by default. If you need gift boxes for S925 silver items, please contact us for extra charge before checkout.
